A few things to know

Will the AI replace my engineer?
No. The AI handles intake only. Every ticket is owned by a 1 MSP engineer until it's resolved — the AI just gets us to "engineer working on it" faster.
What if my issue is urgent?
Tell the AI it's urgent — or ask to be transferred. You can still be connected directly to a live technician for immediate assistance.
Will I get a record of what I said?
Yes. Every call produces a transcript and a summary that lives on the ticket, so nothing gets lost in translation between you and the engineer.
